For the 7.3L like you have and like I have, Motorcraft FL1995.

$9.95 at any Walmart. Last time I checked, it's cheaper than any place you can find online or any dealership.

Up here it costs me about $100 to do my own oil change on the 6.0l. Part of the reason I went back to the 7.3 was conventional oil.

I dont get nearly as good of mileage now though.
