My 95 f350 psd the ebpv is over reacting i park it in a heated garage pluged in start truck let it warm up 20- 30 min. And it still takes about 3 mile out the road at 7 mph before it opens up. This is in 30-40 deg air temp cant wait for the 10 below. I was told to unplug it and try it so i did that thing still closes and opens when it feels like it. Any ideas would be great. Startin to miss my cummins!!!

 

Did you unplug the sensor, or the actuator for the valve?

 

Actuator i belive it is a two wire plug on driver side right handy the rear plug for the uvh. The sensor with the metal tube from the manifold the tube has been disconnected for years
