Prayers for a member
If you haven't seen it on the news, one of our members, EODguyJake, lost 4 of his EOD brethren in a horrible accident at Camp Pendleton today. Please take a moment of silence for them and him. I don't know if he even knew them by name but they're all a close knit group like us. It's a horrible unheard of loss. Please remember that they sacrifice their lives at home and abroad so that we can be free.......

So Jake is ok, he wasn't one of the 4 killed right?

Praying for ALL soldiers always but I'll do a little overtime here, as the saying goes....Never have so many, given so much, for so little in return.....may each and everyone of them be blessed and never taken for granted, Amen.

Sorry to hear this.Truly an important and dangerous job few people are even aware of. Heartfelt prayers go out to the family's of the lost guys.
If that's the same Jake that teaches explosive safety classes to millitary and contract folks I may have met him.

I don't think it's the same Jake. He's "just" 31 but you wouldn't know it to talk to him.
