P0284 replace all?
I just scanned my truck with my flashpaq 1855, not running tune I know. I believe this is injector failure or close to it. Should I replace all injectors, I have 148000 on the 04 CCLB never replaced them before and I feel this would be a good time to do it. Also if I bring it to a shop ford, will they charge way to much. Thanks for the help.

SG2 is a horrible code reader that's why.
You can get those codes using 15/40 and temps under 30 unplugged.
If you're already using 10/30 or 5/40 with cold temps and that code comes back after being cleared I would try polishing the spool valve.

Injectors often last much more than 150k mi. At $240-260 (+seals and labor) each I would just replace the failer if the oil change/RevX doesn't help. It would be good to check the FICM voltage-there's a write up in the Tech folder, and fuel pressure also. A blues spring regulator update is quick and easy and may extend the life of your injectors.

I hope the rev x will work. The ficm voltage looks good never drops below 47.5 and no higher than 48. Fuel pressure I have never checked I will pick one up from auto zone if they sell them. Blue spring not done yet but plan on it this weekend
