Build Question
Hey I wanna know if I can put an 03-05 core support in a 99 model 250. I plan in doing the newer style conversion and not sure what fits.

You mean the header panel that houses the headlights?
If so... yes. It will fir perfectly.

No I mean the actual core support that the headlight panel goes on

What are you trying to accomplish by swapping core supports?
6.0 intercooler?

I dunno if it will fit...
Never had the urge or need to even contemplate the chore you propose.

When i did my 05-07 conversion... everything bolted right up to stock 99-03 mounting hardware.
