That right there is a BAD ICP Sensor maybe Pigtail too

Looks like you just saved $$1000.00 on a HPOP

Just about exact numbers as mine when it went bad I changed ICP sensor and was able to Clean the Pigtail with Carb Cleaner Problem Solved back on the road

I used a Long Screwdriver and Needle nose pliers to unplug it and also to plug back in

I got a Deep socket from sears

You can Unplug and run it if you didn't already try that

It should run Better with ICP sensor Unplugged let it run in Default mode probably run better wont hurt it

That is not a good IPR reading. You should only see 30's while idling.

A long pic with a Hook to Unhook the ICP Plug Latch as you Pull the Wires with a little wiggle

If to Hard get a Needle nose pliers in there for the Pull

Going to run like a New truck I Hope

So i unplugged the icp sensor... connector was bad i went to unplug connector and on of the wires pulled right out. All 3 wires kinda pulled out easy... truck started right up after wires came out. truck ran and then died. It started right back up.Truck would run and once you give it some gas never go above 1235 rpm. Once you let off the gas it wanted to try and die... give it some gas and it is fine... truck ran for about 5 minvor so before it died. I tried to start it and now it wont start... below are readings when i try to restart.. anyone have any idea's

Ipr 43.7
Icpv 0.00
Icp 125 - 145
Fmp 47.5
Sync 0
Volts 12.3
Map 14.3
Ipr dc 40.5

You're not going to like what I surmise, but here it goes, based upon the information you've posted thus far.

-IPR valve

-ICP Sensor & connector pigtail

-High pressure oil pump

Have fun.

Give it a lil bit and the truck started... it didnt start right away but it started.... i get one dtc and that is p2285. Below are somebother reading i pulled while it was running.

Rpm idle 628
Rpm peddle to floor 1240
Icp idle 970
Icp peddle to the floor 60 -80
Vfd idle 29.5
Vfd peddle to the floor 35.4
Mfd idle 24.5
Mfd peddle to the floor 35

Was sitting in truck waiting out the ran and the truck died. Will not start back up.. here are the new readings i get after it died and try to start it back up.

Sync 1
Icp 145
Fmp 48
Vfd 25.8
Mfd 21.1
Ipd 40.5
Icv 0.00
Ipr 43.7
Volts 10.2

Anyone have a clue?. Hoping to pull ipr valve when it stops working and replace that along with the ipc senor when it stops raining. Assuming i can figure a way to get them out.
