Turn signals?

Turn signals work perfect when I don't have the headlights on, but as soon as I turn the headlights on the running lights come on and the front turn signals don't. The rear ones work either way. I've replaced the bad fuse and bulbs, and I couldn't find any split wires or a ground short so I don't know what to do..

Sounds like the headlights and/or the turn signals are using the other as a ground path. Check for good grounds at the headlights and the turn signals. Make sure the groung connections are made to clean, raw metal. Paint and rust aren't good conductors.
Also, check for corroded sockets in the turn signals.

This is a textbook case of ground shift. 99% of the time; it's due to bad sockets. Replace both front sockets.
