Where do you Mount your SCT Livewire?
Hey guys, Im new to posting here, I spend quite a bit of time reading, but being new to the diesel world I don't usually have a lot to add to the conversation. Thank you to everybody that does participate, it makes owning a 6.0 a lot less nerve racking!
As I've gathered, most people will recommend a new 6.0 owner to get gauges and a scan tool, so I did. I got myself an SCT Livewire. I figure gauges, a tuner, and a code reader in one package.... I win! So far, I really like what this thing can do, I still have a few questions on proper readings, but I'm getting there. What I don't like, are the options I've seen to mount it. I'm not a huge fan of the window mount because it restricts the view, it interferes with the visor and most important, its a $600 computer sitting in plain view of anybody without a conscience and a rock! So here lies the question... Where do you mount your Livewire?
