..and a tranny cooler from a 6.0, preferably a 31 row one.
The 26 row is actually preferable, since it's usually cheaper, works the same as the 31 row, and actually superseded the 31 row.
A deep Tranny pan would also help.
The only thing a deep tranny pan does is hold more fluid and cost more to fill. It doesn't help with cooling, heating, performance, or maintenance of the fluid.

That's really a hard thing to quantify without putting "hand on" the rig and checking everything out.
Well I'm picking it up on Thursday. Hoping I made the right choice. Everyone I talked to at work with diesels said its worth it in the long run so we'll see.
So I got her home, love the ride. On the way home I did realize the turbo pressure gauge stayed pegged low at 2, is that normal for cruising around under 2k rpm?

So you have a new truck when you post pictures of it....period.

Ha sorry I know I didn't answer your question but trust me on this, you don't want "Diesel Engine" advice from me....one of the 7.3 or 6.0 guys will answer you here shortly I'm sure.

Did it go up and down at all, or was it stuck on 2 psi always?

Yes, that's normal.
You won't get any boost until the engine is under load, either towing with moderate pedal input, or hauling the trucks weight under moderate to hard acceleration.
