New pads and rotors still a horrible shutter what next?

As the title states I just finished putting pads and rotors on the front of my 04' f250. I have had a terrible shutter almost a bouncing effect while braking over the last week or so, finally got around to doing the work and still no satisfaction! My question is where to go next? Wheel bearings and tires are good, I do get a pretty good wobble/vibration in the pedal while braking. Should I be looking at a brake booster or master cylinder? Or is it possible it's a caliper? Truck goes down the road fine until and brake is applied. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Adam.

It is always a good idea to make sure your calipers are not sticking. when i did my f350 I put all new calipers on. usually when you feel pulsation/vibration in brake pedal it is rear brake/rotors and if you feel it in steering wheel it is front brakes/rotors.

Agreed never rule out the rear brakes causing the issue..

Thanks for the responses guys. I guess I ruled out the back completely because all of the shuttering and shaking feels like its in the front, but I do have a pulse in the pedal so I'll look at the rears today. As far as calipers go the front compressed fine when I did them does that mean they are still good? I guess I've never seen a caliper go bad before, other than rotting out and starting to leak. What can you expect to see with bad calipers? Thanks again, Adam

Not just the calipers but also the slide pins have to be working freely as well.

Just went through the same issue on my 05
