The multimeter will only test for voltage. It won't LOAD test the battery. A battery can have (or show) sufficient voltage but when you apply a load, such as a starter motor, the battery will "fall flat on it's face". A parts store will load test the battery for free.

That means I gotta pull the damn things. Oh well. Guess their gonna have to replaced anyways.
Disconnected them this morning and put'em on the charger just for S&G's. Gauge on the charger says 12.4 and won't budge from there.
Might take me a while to replace them. Kinda tapped out right at the moment. When I do get new ones, I'll post an update. Thanks everyone, for your help.
You could leave them in but just don't start it. The ignition pulls in the FICM relay which sends voltage to the FICM.
So if you don't start it or try to start it then FICM will be fine.
Pulling the batteries is fine too.
