A/C Delete Pulley Install Notes..

When installing the Dorman 34150 A/C delete pulley there are several extra parts in the bag including 3 long 3/8" O.D, sleeves, 3 short 3/8" O.D. sleeves, large thick washer,and a long metric bolt with a nut flange in the middle of it that doesn't fit anything. The sleeves are there because 2 of the holes in the delete bracket are larger than the supplied bolts, use 2 of the long or short sleeves and toss the rest aside, place the sleeve over the bolt and thread one into each of the 2 oversize holes, once the bolts are hand tight grab a ratchet with 13mm socket and crank them down, the sleeves will be sucked into the holes and all the slop will be gone, i used 2 of the longer sleeves. The large thick washer is there in case you have to shim the pulley away from the delete bracket, it was not required for my installation. The A/C compressor was heavier then i thought and was nice weight loss project, access and view to the front corner of the engine is greatly improved and valve cover removal is now possible, nice mod..
