I had my trans fluid changed and I've developed a leak. Had it done by Grease Monkey and apparently they just pressurize the system and change it through the dipstick. Had I known this, I'd have done it myself through the pan.
The leak is extremely slow, and it doesn't always leak. When it does leak, I see fluid leaking at the bottom of the bell housing at the rubber grommet. It leaks about 1/2oz per week.
Any ideas about what this might be would be much appreciated. It does not appear to be the pan gasket of course. I'm hoping this can be repaired without having to remove the trans but if that's necessary, please tell me what issues I'll run into doing that... I do have access to a trans jack.
