Done buttoned it up for the night, gotta have truck tomorrow. Did learn a lesson though, my dad and I ended up jumping the wires and had a plug in spade on the hot wife of IPR and justva spliced wire on the ground side. Had it grounded to the manifold stud. Dad said it would be ok to leave the ground wire so I did. Finally got it purged enough to crank and it ran horrible and barely idlng. Hooked up AE and it gave me an Ipr open error. Was at almost 60% on the gauge and pressure was 850. Unhooked the ground wire and smooth as butter. Did pull and cleaned both standpipe and dummy plug and rechecked torque on oil rail. Looked good other than the Teflon ring in the pic, razorbladed it a tad shorter. We shall see.
Had the truck idling for about half hour to build batts back up and help purge the system of air since I had it opened up. Killed it and then went to try and see if it would start back up and nothing. Pressure is getting to around 300 on the scangauge but I noticed my oil pressure gauge on dash isnt coming up like it had been. Even after several cranks it just stays down where normally during cranking it would come up after a sec or two. Now could it be that with reduced cranking rpm's from trying over and over that it could hinder how it affects that gauge? And also since its showing around 300 on the scangauge I would assume its building low pressure. Havent checked the filter housing but could I jump the starter to the battery to see if it filled the housing or would someone need to be cranking it while I watched? Bothers me that after everythings been updated that Im having the no start hot again.

Correct, a massive HPO leak can cause low LPO oil pressure.
A HPO PROBLEM WILL LEAD TO LPO PROBLEM (Or make it Look Like)
Here is Ford's ssm on the topic:
Ssm 19417 2003-2007 F-super Duty/2003-2005 Excursion 6.0l - Watch For Oil Flow From The Base Engine Oil Pump
Some 2003-2007 F-super Duty And 2003-2005 Excursion Vehicles Equipped With A 6.0l Diesel May Exhibit Low Base Engine Oil Pressure Caused By A Leak In The High Pressure Oil System. If A High Pressure System Leak Is Severe, The High Pressure Pump May Use A Larger Volume Of Oil Than The Base Engine (gerotor) Pump Can Produce While Cranking. If Base Engine Oil Pressure Is Low, Remove Oil Filter, Hold Down The Oil Drain Valve (left Side Of Housing) With A Screwdriver And Crank The Engine While Watching For Oil Flow From The Base Engine Oil Pump. If Flow Is Present, Use The Updated Diagnostics For The High Pressure Oil System (electronic Version Of Pc/ed, Section 4, Step 10e). If There Is No Flow At The Oil Filter Housing Diagnose The Base Engine Oil System First (workshop Manual Section 303-01c).
