Sticking throttle cable

My 87 has a very stiff pedal movement, and sometimes it sticks for a moment. I think the cable has gone bad.

Does anyone have the OEM part number? I'd like to see if I could find a NOS one before I go ahead and get a replacement from carquest or napa.

If I can't find one, or if they're exorbitantly price, anyone have good luck with any one brand of replacement cable?

That's OEM. I've heard mixed reviews on aftermarket. Just replaced mine after I accidentally broke the original while wrenching. I think it was about $80, but don't quote me.

got mine from napa and I will not get another one, it was too long to start. I had to put a hose clamp on it to get full throttle and it sticks when it's cold.
