Battery drain

Has anyone else had problems with their after market stereo or amp draining their batteries? I have a 2011 F350 and started having a dead battery all the sudden about a month ago. I brought it to ford, they did a diagnostic and found a small draw which we assumed was from the amp. After new batteries and a trip to Car Toys to get the amp swapped (what a pain in the *** ) it is still going dead on me. Any thoughts? <!-- / message -->

Verify that the amp's remote turn on wire is at 0 volts when it should be off.
