Keep that I guess for your records, and follow it through. Unplug the 3 connections on the EGR associated disabling, and do the trans calibration as described - hold the pedal steady at 25% for 0-80MPH and gradually slow back down, hold it at 50% from 0-80 again, gradually slow, and WOT 0-80MPH and gradually slow.
Once you try this out and get some miles on it, see what it's doing. And don't forget to update tuner software to solve that code.

You just download the updated tunes from H&S, install on the MiniMaxx and then re-flash the truck.
If your tuner originally worked with a DPF delete, it will work with the updated tunes.
