Coolant Temp Sensor

When using AE last night I was looking through the sensor outputs and noticed my coolant temp sensor was about 50 degrees warmer than the EOT sensor. The truck is in the garage at about 45 degrees, and hasn't been started in a few days. EOT sensor read 45 degrees, and coolant read 89 degrees.

I'm assuming I have a bad Coolant Temp sensor, or is this a known issue?

PCM on OBS trucks do not monitor coolant temp, instead it monitors EOT. It's just a false reading and interceptor Scan Gauge does the same thing.

There is no physical wire from the coolant temp sensor to the PCM.
