Pictures no sorry. A few questions for you. Are you going to make it removable ? How are you going to power it? Does the unit produce a ground loop noise?
I put a 7 inch tablet in my 99 econoline but I'm still using a radio. Your going to have to fiberglass a custom mount and your going to need some sort of radio to control the volume and stuff the tablet it's self doesn't have enough power to run speakers. It's relatively simple to do just takes time

The tablet doesn't have a high enough voltage output using the headphone jack. And if you don't use some sort of interface to control the eq and the volume and crossovers it won't sound right. Look at all the ipad installs, you need something between the source and the amp. Whether its a simple radio for $50 or a $700 Rockford Fosgate 360.3 you got to have something. I install mobile A/V for a living
Why would you even use the headphone jack? Most tabs have docking stations with better options to use. Also most apple crap produces a ground loop noise when it's being charged and audio is coming from the headphone jack.
