Fuel pressure quick question

I just installed the blue spring. When I turn ignition on,it's fine. Goes to 64 or so. When the key is left on (truck not running) after about 20-30 seconds the pressure goes back down. Is this normal? I never paid attention before. Waiting to make sure everything is good before I out it back together. Thanks, Jim Ps,there are no leaks!!

The fuel pump only runs for a short time to build pressure before starting. Once the engine Is running it will continue to run as needed. No leaks is a good thing!

I have never left the key on for a long period without starting but I imagine once the fuel pump cuts off it will drop back down. Just not sure how long it takes. With the fuel system on these trucks the fuel lines are not under pressure unless the truck is running or the key is turned to the on position. Once you turn the truck off the fuel system will bleed back down
