please help

I have a 2001 7.3 ford the seal in the turbo went and oil went in the exhaust. lots of oil like 10 quarts. I had a rebuilt turbo installed ran great for 2 weeks then one day out of the blue started idling rough and then downward from there no power stalling etc I have my super chip scanner it read dtcs of 1249 478 1211 and 238. Is it possible the muffler is plugged with oil? or is it and ipr? 193000 miles please help

For reference:

1249 Waste Gate Control Solenoid
478 Excessive Backpressure
1211 ICP
238 Boost sensor high

Can't see how the muffler could plug with oil, that code is more likely related to the EBPV, could be clogged with soot.

Does it run the same under all conditions? Any smoke? Take a look at the underside of the harness that goes over the valve cover on the diver side, it can chafe and short on the cover.

Could also be unrelated to the turbo. Possibly not getting fuel due to clogged screens in the tank. Open the yellow fuel drain on the back of the fuel bowl, have a friend key the pump on and watch the flow into a clean container. A trickle is bad.

To help sort thru the alphabet soup, here's a labelled pic of the landscape made by another member. The EBPV is located on the top front of the engine in front of the EOP sensor. Use two wrenches to remove it or you can tweak the tube it mounts to.
