2013 f150 5.0 noise help

i have a 2013 5.0 super crew 800 miles and since about 200 miles i have noticed a slight noise coming from the front passenger side when going about 40mph plus.. mostly 45-55 range.. i don't think it is engine or tranny cause i get it up to around 60 and shift to neutral and turn off and let is cost and the sound continues and slowly goes away as the truck slows down. any ideas what this could be. its like a tapping or ticking sound thats rhythmic and seems to speed up with the speed almost. i had the tires rotated and that didn't help just wondering what it could be. very annoying. can't hear with widows down just with radio and a/c off driving down the road.. do the stock tires make this noise? or anything i could test or do to locate the cause?

Do you have mud flaps? Mine came slightly lose, just enough to rattle in the wind.

whenever I have a sound im trying to figure out I drive real slow close to the back of a longer building, it seems to magnify the sound to help locate where its coming from.
