Here is the latest. Last week the dealer replaced the Instrument Cluster per Fords directions. It didn't fix it and the Factory Service Rep hasn't a clue. I told them to send an engineer down and fix it or give me a new truck. They are thinking still. I can smell the rubber burning!

The engineer came out and said it was a build problem inherent with the early 2013s. The lat 13s and the 14s as well as the 11 and 12s don't do this. I called the customer support and they still couldn't tell me when it is going to get fixed nor do they have any ideas. Since the truck has done this since new I am left no recourse but to pursue rectification under the Lemon Law. Other than the display problem, the truck is great but for 50+k it should be perfect.
