I have been using Amsoil OE15w-40 in the summer and OE10w-30 in the winter.

I ran 15w-40, then 5w40 and will be switching to T5 10w30 after reading this:

6.0 oil analysis on Rotella T-5 10w-30. You will probably like this. - Ford Powerstroke Diesel Forum
