I saw a great post a while back containing a link to fantastic write up of doing the UVCH replacement, and it may have included glowplugs and injectors. I bookmarked it at the time, knowing I would be soon doing this project but today I can't find he link....and today is the day I dig in! Last night I looked through the tech files, did some searches, etc. with no luck.

Anyone know a good link? I can get by without, but I was hoping to save some time using the FTE Brotherhood!

I am replacing the gaskets, harnesses & glowplugs. If I had the extra $1200, I'd be putting in injectors as well, but I have about 1200 reasons why that's not happening on this go 'round!

The write-up I saw was very specific about what to remove and what not to mess with, what else to check while I'm there. I even bought an inch/pound torque wrench in preparation. I'm trying not to learn the hard (& expensive) way!

Like you said no instructions needed. Remove the intake and ic pipes. Disconnect the 42 pin harness and pull the VCs replace your uvhc and glow plugs. Break the GPs loose then use some small tube over the end off the plug to unscrew tne rest of the way or your socket might not come out of the hole while it is still attached to the GP. Torque your injector hold down bolts. 120 in lbs I think ... Double check...then torque your rocker bolts 20 ft lbs I think. ..double check.
