Not that it matters...but I think I actually figured out what the PO used that hunk of rust for.....when I tossed it in the scrap heap it happened to land right on top of the under bed spare tire rack..the rust marks lined up with the old wheel...looks like the PO might have used it for a spacer or some crap?
