362 HP and 457 TQ....hasn't changed since the 3 valve intro in 2005. It's only in limited use in the Super Duty HD Chassis Cabs now and in the RV Chassis. The last year it was available in the pickups was 2010.

Yes NPI 2V 6.8l. 275hp/410tq if memory serves me right.

The e-series were usually rated like 5 hp/5tq less due to intake, cooling and etc related issues.

2v engines did not have enough threads securing the plugs and they would blow out. Fixes were heli coil and time serts. Not sure on years but I believe I read they changed in 2003.

The 2005+ engines have two piece plugs and they are known for breaking during removal. Requires a special tool to remove.

Only some 2005 3v V10's had the two piece plugs and by '06 all were 1 piece. The one piece plugs are very easy to change, you can do all 10 in 90 minutes.

My 2007 E450 still had the two piece design as well as another E350 in our fleet.

Regardless if they are the two piece or not, if they are changed at 50,000 mile intervals there should never be a problem getting them out.
