It's a 360 FE - or was. 1969, most likely. The rest, dunno... might want to ask in the FE forum, but be prepared for a bunch of "you can't go by the engine tag after all this time" comments
Not sure how the engine tag is still on there is the intake was changed, unless someone really wanted it to stay there, of course.
Made in 1969, it'll have the latest casting numbers available - C8AE-H heads are 1968, standard heads. C7ME-A block is normal too.
Without checking stroke, can't say it's a 360, could be a 390 too.
But given that someone went through the trouble of putting that engine tag back on it, I'd tend to believe it.
