engine tag ID???

engine tag ID???
I found a tag on the coil bracket on the engine for my truck that I am assuming is the tag for the engine in the truck but I am wondering what it is. The tag reads as follows: first line is 390 69 11 second line is 8 L k 378 S If anyone can decode this it would be very helpful.. Thanks

the tag could have come from anything. The tag on my coil said my engine was a 360. But I actually have a 390 with c8 heads and a c5 intake.
Basically, look at the casting numbers from the individual parts and measure the bore and stroke to find out what you have.
