paint codes
I m trying to find paint code (ppg) for Fords "Dark candy apple red metalic",,,can I pull that up on the internet or do I have to go to paint supplier...
any help will be greatly appreciated

There are several sites to choose from but I normally use this one. You can see multiple years/vehicles. If you know the year and vehicle it was used on this should work for ya. I didn't look closely, but the only "dark candy apple red" I see is was on the 2008-09 mustangs. But its not metallic.

It is always a good thing to double check stuff like this. Ford could probably confirm for ya. But, I would think that you could use a "metallic clear coat" over the dark candy apple red to give you that "metallic" look...? You could also get a sample of the paint code you are considering and see what you think of it as well. Good luck!!
