My experience is that a NAPA paint store with a knowedgable
counter person can come up with a current identicle color.
Paint technology has come a long way so you can probably not duplicate the exact type of paint. Also look in a Haynes manual
and it will tell you where the paint code should be..I think on the
drivers door piller in the vehicle certification label.
