Ok, once again, thanks for the help. For the record, I haven't had any problems and the truck's running great. That said, here's the info, most of these seem low to me:
ICV
KOEO: .23
Lo Idle (warm): .67-.81 typically around .79-.81, occasionally dips as low as .67
I think i am having the same problem, it is only while tuned. I would describe it as romping, if i just lightly touch the pedal leaving a parking lot or something i can hear it romp a few times until i give it more throttle. sound similar?

eh maybe. It's done it at low rpms only. Honestly, it hasn't happened in about a month, but it'll be interesting to see if it happens tomorrow.
Here's why:
It started the last time I switched from 8k towing tune back to SRL. Tonight I put the same 8k tuning on it, and tomorrow afternoon, I'll be switching back to SRL.
Yea, it did it with the latest revision of the SRL+ matt sent me, at least once a day, then i ran stock for 2 months and it never did it. now im in an innovative tune and its doing it again, so not really sure whats going on

Errrr that's... interesting? Wonder what could be doing it with two separate tunes? I could see it with one, but two totally different? Hoping it's not something mechanical that's exploited with tuning (shrugs).
Yea, im thinking its an ICP issue. My icp sensor is also fine though, havent checked the readings lately but they were normal a few weeks ago. I slightly remember a similar issue when i first got my truck, and was running the SCT street tune. But it was much worse then, like the truck would almost die

Mine has died in park once. The ICP pigtail was in shambles and I replaced it to no avail (as far as the read outs) but, again, I haven't seen a problem in quite a while.

OK Great FeedBack
When you take these also take the readings at 2500rpm
ALL In Park/Nuetral A/C OFF
You mention Tunners and Some you Numbers Look Low so when you took the Numbers above was the Truck In Stock or Tuned
We need it Close to stock as possible
And EOT at 185*f+ would also help with HPO Diagnostic
Your ICPV and IPR% Both Look Low I suspect Tunes IDK
Usually with HPO Problem ICPV would be Low and IPR% Would be HIGH% your just isn't like that
Might have to look at other Possibilities but lets hear about the Tunner

Thanks Blade. All the numbers I've posted thusfar have been tuned. Tomorrow I can return it to stock after dropping the trailer off and do the numbers again. I appreciate the attention!
Hokie. Blades has you set for the Tune,( detail Values), I don't run tunes for the simple reason , my truck is good to go for what I need. ? Do you have Head studs?

I don't, no. I have the EGR deleted and my oil cooler swapped with a 4" exhaust, but no studs.

OK ARP studs is a must for Tunes, so lets see what Benny has to say .
By looking at the values posted all high in normal non tune values=
Is the degus bottle Puking or Temps EOT , ECT ? TRANS?

the bottle isn't puking too bad. I do see a little build up from the line going to the coolant filter, but it's not like a statue in central park. The oil and coolant temps are ok... within 10 of each other and the oil is typically no more than 200 or so.
Factory filter ( donoldson) OEM setup , could be ? try the IAT2 senser ,For soot( behind the fuel /oil port Upper side engine manifold, it will be sooted. how is the MAF senser? on gauge ? Air and Boost is of Q,, Right now don't streach the Head bolts with the ? tunes that you have
