Nope, those parts are made at FORD or by a Ford supplier.
No choice but a dealership or a wreck (Donor Truck).
Each or for both doors?
Let's see how close I can guess.
Driver's side:
XLT door panel = $200- $250
Electric motor = $130
Electric window regulator =$100
EDL actuator = $75
EDL switch = $25
EDL wiring harness $40
EW switch D/S = $75
EW wiring harness = $60
Total Driver's side =$705 - $755

You just have to find the ones that buy the late-model wrecks. I've looked at what LITTLE is left on an '01 F-250 HD at my favorite junkyard. The doors & interior are long gone, though... The '03 F-150 should use the same door as a '97, and the same as an Expedition and maybe even a Navigator. This yard has THOSE...

So, what you are saying is that the doors on an '03 are same as other model years? how do i find out which ones the '03 are compatible with?
additionally, would i be able to match the color on a previous model year?

The color may not match perfectly even if you got one from the SAME year, so I doubt it'll match anyway. Just look at trucks with the same shape body as yours ('97-current, I think) and ask the junkyards. I GUARANTEE they'll know which parts to sell you! They LIVE off of interchange guides, so they can look it up.

They're not the same, 97 and 98 have a handle on the upper part of the door and the handle to open the door is in a different location, unless they've changed since 01', 99-03 should all use the same interior door panel.
Another interesting note, 99 and up use a "soft touch" switch, it doesn't click when you press it.
Around here late model wrecks are very hard to find, I'm still holding my breath for a 99' complete grille assembly and bumper. Aside from the sheer difficulty of getting late model parts, most wrecks in the yard have front end damage unless they've been rolled.
Maybe eBay?
