That is one bada$$ rig man!! I have always loved the dentside monster trucks, repping the old school ford's...love it!! I'm interested in seeing what mods you have planned for the beast.
The long road to making it my own has begun. I cleaned all the graphics off the driver's side, but still have the passenger side to go. I started prepping everything to put the engine back in. I hope to get this project rolling very soon.
Bare minimum will be photos sitting in the driver's seat. I think I can have it running, but I don't want to make promises just yet. I have to make some more progress on the C-cab before I dig into the monster truck.
I'm getting the truck ready to put the engine back in. I got the input shaft and pump drive cleaned up and ready to put the torque convertor back in. I also cut the giant push bar off the front and the weird exhaust ends. I think less is more with this truck.
I can't wait to get the new paint and graphics on it and get it running.
The glass guy had to cut that off of the rubber when he put the new windshield in. I'm not sure if I'm going to glue it back down or go with the hard line like we were talking about.
A stainless steel tube/rod mounted properly (I am sure you can figure that one out, lol) would look alot better and with more holes and increase the pressure and it should work like a champ?
The progress for the weekend. I knew this was going to be a challenge. Not only do I have to put the truck back together, but everything I have to do, ...I have to RE-do. Everything I find is either broken, missing parts or just unacceptable.
The engine is finally bolted into the frame and hooked to the transmission. I had to work some seized hood hinges loose and make a new set of hood pins, but it has a working hood on it now too.
Oh, .....and bolting up two tires will wear a grown man OUT!!!
