sluggish after sitting

Well long story short. My late 04 has been sitting for almost 2 months at the dealership. I had the main wiring harness, brakes line, fuel lines and everything else you can think of wrapped around my front driveshaft. How it happen, I have no clue. But I got it back Thursday and started driving it around. Very sluggish, obviously sitting for that long will have stuff not moving properly. Started running it hard to blow out crap in the turbo and what not but still sluggish. Ive been getting the EGT's up to around 1500 for a few miles. On take off I need to give it a lot of throttle just to get it moving then turbo lights and takes off. Turbo does not bark like it use too either. Could the turbo be clogged? Or sensor? Or what...

Before this incident everything was fine, ran perfect and could get out of its own way when I needed it too.

Any Ideas would be much appreciated.

Yes I did get the turbo to fart. When you first start it up basically the truck has to be floored and it will creep but hits 1500 Rpms it takes off like its not getting any boost at take off. And gets a little better when its been running.
