Almost stranded me tonight with family
I drove to Dairy Queen tonight with the family. When we left the truck would just crank and not start. The Icp would only build to 305psi but The IPR was 77 while cranking. Ive decided to replace the Dummy and standpipes. Should I pull and replace the IPR as well? STC has been replaced. Readings are taken off a scanguage if that helps. Anything else I should replace?
Thanks
Daniel

If the stand pipes and dummy plugs don't fix it you can do an air test.
I would not replace the IRP unless I had a good idea it was bad, but that's me.

Looks like its a 2006
So we all know what that means LOL
Replace everything in the HPO system Except the HPOP Just Kidden
POST ICPV @ KOEO
If I was in your Shoes I would Also rering injectors BUT only if you can get the Aliant power Oring Kits because they have the Top Oring in the Injector that SEALS the HPO Rail to the injector Fords Oring kits Don't have that very Top Oring Ford wants to sell you a Injector
You should also look into replacing the HPO Rail Nipple Oring to as now these Trucks are getting some miles on them and the Orings in the HPO Rails are starting to Fail Also

It might be a Good Idea to AIR TEST the HPO System First and Also to Verify repair before the Truck gets put all the way back together Just to double check things and also to check your HPOP. 05+ HPOP don't fail Much but you never know

Ill pull IPR is there a test for it? Or just look at the screen? I have the dummy plugs and stand pipes ordered too. How hard is it to change the orings on the injectors? Is that really worth doing?

srmastertech says that normally a failed IPR will not build any pressure at all, and ICP will remain at 0 pressure. A small leak at the dummy plugs will allow some pressure to build usually 300 psi. A leaking STC fitting will show some pressure but usually never more than 100 psi.
Going off of the OP's problems...
Sounds like dummy plugs will be the fix no?
Here is a good TSB.
