Radiator support spacers.

My bolts snapped off in the frame when I took the radiator support off. Will have to drill them out. The spacers look pretty shot too. I won't have any issues just using washers on the support will I? Don't have the time or money to get replacements from lmc.

Use some 3/8" fender washers, you can get these from Lowe's or Home Depot. Fender washers have a larger OD than standard flat washers.

^x2. That's exactly what I did swapping my 66 body over to the 78.. and if the rubber mounts are too far gone you can take a circle saw and cut a few prices out of a old bed mat..

The radiator mounts use rubber cushions on either side of the frame rail.

I went to the junkyard and got some from a 2x4... These were actually in good shape aside from surface rust on the exposed areas. 4x4's tend to see more mud resulting in more corrosion.

Or.....you could use the ever popular hockey pucks for the rubbers. Keep in mind that they are only about an inch thick, though.
