Thanks for the help guys. A local Ford dealer sold me an ICP for $132. I still can't believe this part was so expensive. 
I didn't have a crow's foot wrench, but I got it off with a pair of plumber's pliers.
Changed the oil and filter as it was almost due anyway. Seems to be running fine as of now. I'll know more as I drive it more. Wish me luck.

Truck ran fine all day Saturday and I didn't drive it Sunday. As I had it running first thing this morning and as I was checking the tire pressure, it just cut off like I turned the key off. Cranked right back up and no problems all day, even after taking a three hundred mile trip. No CEL either.
