Tread/cord separation is usually pretty present across the rpm band.

That's one of our more beautiful locales... if you were here recently you would of seen snow capped peaks in the Beartooth range....

I've had 2 sets of tires on vehicles where the belts were broken and it caused an annoying vibration but it seemed to be at around 50mph. Faster speeds they sort of smoothed out. Replaced the tires and problem dissapeared.

We get people in the shop everyday complaining of a lower speed wobble that seems to smooth out at higher speeds, it's almost always a tread separation. Usually a vibration from a kingpin (but, of course, not always) is more a shake, thump or chatter after hitting a bump. They also tend to cause a truck to wander.
