Firecrackers + me = a danger to society. I too have had first hand experience... That one is the reason that the reverse gear in my ZF5 got screwed up and it has popped itself out of reverse ever since. Lol.

Bill,
Ok, so I just finished reading 42 pages on this project and I must say.....it looks AMAZING!!!!

I hope your clutch issue is solved just like the balance of your other issues...with the truck that is. HAHAHA

Travis, I have the sun visor...LOL
I really like it and I like the way it looks too. To each his own buddy.

So when will the paint be applied and those dings/dents fixed?
And when are we going to see some interior pics?

The input shaft seal on the trans started leaking and got ATF on the clutch disk and it started slipping really bad. I pulled it out and cleaned it up real good, but now I have to break it in all over again. Just been babying it around until I feel like it's gonna hold.

LOL!!! I'd like to be able to tell some stories, but so far the only story I have is when it comes up on boost, the clutch slips . There is a 500 mile break in period for the kevlar/ceramic, but that is 500 miles of stop and go driving. That is hard for me here where I live. Once my truck is in 5th gear, it pretty much stays there until I get where I'm going. If I drive it to work, it's only 15 miles one way and there is only one stop sign between here and there.....and I usually run it! LOL!!!
