You're going to want to go 12 wide. Theres no need to go 14 wide. Sorry Roland not stepping on toes. 12 wide are perfect for that size tires.
Here's a link to my rims and tires 20x12s with 38x15.5s. If you're scared to cut your truck up don't get them. You'll have to trim the fenders and you'll have rub on the leaf springs under full lock.
