raptor oil filter
What's the general preference to oil filters on 2012 raptor. My local ford shop uses fram. I didn't think that was great. And the ford one at advance auto is only 3.99. Is this right? It will be my first oil change on it. Thank you.

A ford dealer using Fram? I would find a new dealer. You want the FL820s filter.

Pretty much this, I'm not even sure how they can get away with that. If we did that in our line of work, holy crap...

That is surprising the Ford dealer using Fram. As others have said, the Motorcraft is a great filter.

I'd find another shop If my Ford Dealer was using Fram junk!

I use k&p engineering's stainless steel oil filter since day one with 10 miles on raptor.

Yea a ford dealer using fram is not good at all. I would find a new dealer. I use the ford racing oil filter and Mobil One oil. It's not really hard changing the oil and I enjoy doing it so I change my own and document it.
