Sync and text messaging

To tell the truth I've no idea , just came out one day and realized it was not reading me my texts anymore. Yes it is only problem.

still no luck
Hi Whitney,
my ford dealership has basically given up saying they do not know what to do.
Just an update my truck is 2016 F350 platinum, phone is Blackberry Q10 with all updates. But NOT 2016 new ford sync. It has been into shop three times now.
My text to speech worked fine for first three - four weeks, now it only works if I am fast enough to press listen on the screen. NOT automatically.
The last thing the dealership said they did was replace the complete modul. then rebooted it. Thinking about that now I am finding that a little hard to believe as I had loaded jpegs onto it and they were still there afterwards.
Any ideas what to do now?

Try deleting the bluetooth pairing on both the vehicle and the phone. Turn the vehicle off. This turns off the radio. Reboot the phone. Make sure that the on the phone is on. Start the vehicle. Go through the bluetooth add a phone/pairing process as described in the Ford sync manual..

wow i have Cricket for service and my phones a ,one plus one, with cyanagenmod operating system and it works great on all texts and everything u could want it to doon my 2015 350, check truck setup settings must b something in that cause bluetooth and pair is all phone does, does sync say u need update? if so u can install using usb, hope it helps
