2008 Navigation sys upgrade

Hello out there! What would be the best way to upgrade my navigation system in my 2008 Diesel Super Duty. I'm not opposed to replacing the whole in-dash system with a newer model if that's the best way to go.

I learned a long time ago to get a aftermarket system that will accept android aps. You can download a good mapping program like Waze and it runs circles around the factory navigation system. Most systems can connect to your phone if it is set up as a hot spot and you can get Pandora and other aps that you would enjoy.
