Didnt even notice that you are in TX. He's located just outside of Athens. I know he is swamped right now, might even be taking a trip down there for a few months to work for him and help him catch up on his shop business.
Give Mike a call if you want and talk to him, heck, if youre close enough you may even be able to head up and talk to him in person. Guy is a wealth of information.
Appreciate the comments on the truck, its been a work in progress for the past couple of years. Its almost done. Just wish I had pulled the trigger on a tighter exhaust housing back in July so I could have dynoed with it. I thought it was tuning causing the delayed spool up, but after talking with some experts, the consensus is that the housing I am running is too big.

Now I am a little confused with the way different injector guys word their injectors. So what I am wondering is what is the difference between *Stage1 160cc (Full Force)
*Stock AC code (IH)
*175/145 (Swamps)
Now I am going to spit in the wind here and please correct me if I am wrong. All 3 of these injectors are single shot injectors. But from the info on Swamps they say a stock nozzle is "146" is that true for the Full Force, IH. And if all 3 have the same nozzles how is Swamps getting theirs to flow 175cc is it a different plunger they use?
Also what is the difference between the stock AC and a AC that is a 160/100 ? I do believe 160/100 has a nozzle that is 100% larger than stock is there anything else. Is a stock AC easier to tune than a AC 160/100 and I would think a stock AC might have better manners on the street and towing.
So am I correct when I say it is easier to tune a stock nozzle over the larger nozzles?? Without having to do live tuning??

Ac codes were stock injectors in the DT466 (correct me if i'm wrong, might not be that engine) so when someone is talking a stock AC code, its a 160cc injector with a stock nozzle. a 160/100 is simply an AC code with a 100% nozzle on it. When swamps says 146 that is the actual measurement of of the size of the hole in the nozzle.

Yea...I announced it some time back, but the thread was missed by many. Cody tunes trucks in his community, because he can back it up. He has not yet entertained the notion of going national, because it would consume is life. Calls would come from people with poor-running trucks, thinking the tuning is to blame or can fix the issue. Not enough people get their trucks to 100% before they chip, and he doesn't want a piece of that.

As much fun as 250/200 injectors are, I never use their capability (stock truck otherwise). I'll be going back to stock injectors again soon (or AD's with 80% nozzles....I haven't decided yet).
I should have kept my 160/100 injectors. They were animals when unleashed yet had perfect road manners when cruising down the interstate for hours on end.
