As far as I know, Dodge used the blue ****. They will work, just doesn't say ford. I have extra red dials tho.

Take a look at post 4 in this thread. It looks like his are for the hd44...but I don't see why a 60 couldn't have had blue spicers as well.

Those hubs fit both the D44HD and low pinion D60...

Ford only ever used red dials with the "FORD" logo.

Dodge only ever used blue dials with the "SPICER" logo.

GMC/Chevy used blue dials until '73 when they switched to yellow dials, both had the "SPICER" logo.

That retainer with the red dial looks pretty good.

The blue dials are probably the hardest to find and normally bring alittle more cash than the others...I have a few sets as well.

Thanks, I'm not sure I wanna sell them. But I can tell you I turned down $400 for them. All NOS bolts/turn dials/chrome retainer rings...they are basically brand new. I have a few other sets of Ford red dials I might sell. I will snap some pics tomorrow and PM you if you are interested?

The retainers in the ebay auction look pretty good too!

I don't see any signs of "road rash"... no peeling, pitting, or split bolt holes.

If the price stays under $100 it's a good buy just for the retainers alone.

(Though I would request more close-up pics before bidding)

Go for them Jim. If you don't get them, you know I still have a few NOS sets. 3 to be exact, one complete set with hubs gears, bolts, washers, retainers, and *****.

I know what you have Terry but i'm too cheap.

I did score a decent set of complete hubs about a month ago, pretty nice retainers too! which was my primary concern (I have new dials).

The seller listed them with the "Buy It Now" feature for $75 (+$12 sh.) the listing was only 13min old so I jumped on them.

(I see the hubs in the OP's post went for over $150)

Nice score on the hubs. If you wait long enough good deals do come along.

True.

They're far from perfect but the seller could of got $150-200 for them auction style....

But he listed them BIN so I jumped on it.

I'll still trade you though

I saw a NOS CB radio sell the other day for $870, not my cup of tea, but ppl like that stuff.
