Crankshaft position sensor

Hey guys, I replaced the crankshaft position sensor on my 97 ranger, ran fine, then check engine light came on again, this time the scanner says camshaft position sensor. Any ideas? Anyone have this problem before, I believe the mechanic said code P0304...thanks

Crankshaft position sensor

P0304 is a cylinder # 4 misfire.

Your crankshaft position sensor and your camshaft position sensor are both used to detect engine misfire and identify the cylinder where it occured.

Try finding your code here (click the OBDII Codes link) and see what possible causes are listed:
