WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL EITHER DIRECTION AND GIVE IT ALITLE THROTTLE THERE IS A VIBRATION THAT YOU FEEL IN YOUR SEAT. IT ONLY DOES IT AT SLOW SPEEDS AND WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL JUST ALITTLE. KIND-OF LIKE A TIRE RUBBING BUT I CHECKED AND NONE ARE. ANYBODY GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS?
you might try to jack the front wheels up and see if you can move the tire up and down. could be ball joints. put your hands at 12 and 6 o'clock try to wiggle.
THEY ARE ALITTLE LOOSE, SO I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THEM. WHY DO YOU FEEL IT IN THE SEAT LIKE IT IS THE REAR END AND NOT THE STEERING WHEEL? DO YOU KNOW ANY GOOD VIDEOS ON REPLACING THE BALL JOINTS?
You need to put your ymm and any mods in your signature...... So we know what you have and whats been done to it.
As for your noise, do you have aftermarket exhaust ?? If so check the exhaust where it passes by the cross member @ the tranny. There is a bolt there that causes this noise on a lot of these trucks with 4" + exhaust. Mine bothered me for 6months and finally nailed it.
If that is thee case i took some 5/8 heater hose, cut it 4 to 6" long and wedged it between the exhaust and bolt. Did that 4 or 5 years ago and its still there.
This sounds like low level of slip modifier in the differential... I just went through this. Does it feel like the left-rear tire scrubs on a right turn and vise-verse?
it is a 2000 ford excursion 4x4, it does have a 4" exhaust and there was a mount broke on the exhaust next to the tranny. I welded it and it still makes the noise.

Well thats not good !!!!
Look at the cross member where it comes across by the exhaust, on the outer side of the exhaust between the exhaust and the frame are 2 bolt heads. My exhaust ( 4" ) has about 3/16" between the exhaust and the bolt. Thats where i inserted the rubber !
I will take a look at that I have noticed since I changed the fluid in the powersteering it isn't as bad but it is still there. Do you think it could be in the pump?
if you remove the rear drive shaft and drive it in 4 wheel drive on the front only it will help to isolate the problem and vice vera, remove the front drive shaft and drive it it should isolate the problem somewhat, providing you have 4 wheel drive
