I haven't been on in a while ,but now I need some advise. I just replaced my manifolds with headers, because of broken studs. I removed the battery cables for the time I was doing the job. Now when I replaced the cables to check for any leaks it started .But when I turned it off to retighten the bolts it would not restart. The dash lights up but no starter. I reset the little button under the dash , but nothing. So last night I put the battery charger on for the night. Then this morning I tried it and it started I let it run about half hour to burn off header paint. Then same thing it would not restart. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the reply. I did find the problem. When I removed the starter
I didn't think of a ground. I had to clean the starter and mounting surface
so I had a good ground. Now everything works fine. Lesson learned.
