Looking at my chilton's manual, it should be located somewhere behind the distributor.
As I said, it's measuring the INTAKE air, so it may be mounted in one of your intake tubes. Most likely, it will be mounted in the intake. If you can identify one of the air passages in the intake, it shouldn't be difficult to tell which one it is.
